Crossfit or Weights?

Crossfit or weights? What do you like better? What is best for your body? What will show changes faster? A lot of people are wondering what is best for their bodies and they want results immediately. We started doing crossfit this summer in Martha's Vineyard, and I LOVED it. We did the bodyrock program, we did WODs, and anything that we thought we be fun and help us get the exercise we wanted/needed.

What do you do for your cardio?

Now we are back and I am wondering if I should keep with the Crossfit or go back to weight training. What are some of your favorite workouts to do?

Today my workout is found out here

Squat + Push up

Upright Row + Twist

Lunge + Twist

Switch Lunges

These workouts was hard but fun. If you haven't been to dailyhiit before, stay on their site and look around for a little bit. They have great advice and great workouts.

Let me know what you are doing and what are your favorite workouts are.

Thanks for stopping by!

Breakfast and Dinner

Something that was my favorite while growing up was when my mom made pancakes with the Micky Mouse maker. If you don't have a pancake maker, I would highly suggest getting something that is a lot more fun than just circles. I remembered this from when I was little and still just thought about how fun it is and decided to use it. Pancakes are always great but what could be better when they are in Micky Mouse shape right??

The kids will love it!

I found this recipe on my mom's best friends blog. If you aren't following A Bountiful Kitchen, you need to! This blog is so fun to follow with all the great recipes and how she put recipes that everyone will enjoy.  She has a wide variety of all different recipes from breakfast, dinner, treats, cakes, etc.  I found this recipe for Honey Sesame Chicken over rice and knew I had to try it. It was very simple to make and telling you everyone loved it is an understatement. I thought I would share with you the recipe and also the blog because that is where I find all my favorite recipes! Go follow!
Here are some pictures of what I took of this recipe.
